Well I watched a video of it so here is how you do it.You need to have mystery gift first.This guy might've had cheats I don't know. go onto Nintendo Wi-fi connection.Then go back hit start and start your game. Now go in the closest pokemon mart and the hotel manager dude will appear.Talk to him and he gives you the SECRET KEY!!! now with this valuable item go in eterna city's galactic place where you beat jupiter for the first time.now go to the left as left has you can on 1st floor. then go up as you can then talk to the wall and it will be crushed sort of. After this professor Rowan appears and says some useless junk.now go through the door and go in the middle and a different form of Rotom will appear. After you catch it there are special machines which sort of look like team dim sun's gigaremo's in pokemon ranger shadows of almia. Those machines are'nt just team galactic's .....junk. They actually teach Rotom different moves! like I saw on the video he wanted to learn fire blast. So that's pretty much the secret about the Secret key.
