Rapid Riolu (also how to get lucario)

First go to canalave city and talk to the sailor guy you want to sail to Iron Island so click that. Now right before going into the cave a trainer named Riley will appear. Oh and first you beat the elite 4 because if you don't then trash cans will be in your way.after defeating the elite 4 follow Riley through Iron Island he needs a little help getting through Iron Island so help him.After some galactic grunt battles with Riley you get through Iron Island.After that he will give you an egg as his thank you.When the egg hatches it'll be a Riolu level 1.Just train it to I think level 21 and it will evolve into Lucario.I could be wrong though so please do not correct me.
