in pokemon platinum a special feature in the gt (global terminal) are different stuff like top trainer rankings and stuff but now you can watch other people's battles thanks to the vs.recorder.Except you can only watch battles when people are battling friends in the game.You can actually import the battle videos onto your vs.recorder.so if you really like a video.Import it.After that you can go on your vs.recorder and go in other videos.Find the battle and just watch it.
