Ok so first complete the National Dex then they will appear on your marking map poketch app.Just chase all of them down and catch them oh and you have to beat the elite 4 too. Don't use fly that often they dissapear when you use fly then they reappear somewhere else so I recommend just chilling and relaxing on your bike.lol!!!
